Yes, it is connected to your playbooks, contracts, and previous reviews in the workspace and references these in its answers.You can import existing contracts into Legartis. Depending on the source and volume, we find the right path together. Once the contracts are in the Workspace, they benefit from status tracking, versioning and access via the Legal Agent.
Every change to a contract is preserved as a new version. You see the full history as a list, can open any version or download it. Place two versions side by side to see exactly what changed. Once a contract is signed, it's locked as a PDF. The final version stays unchanged.
Today you organise contracts in a flat folder structure. Nested folders are on the roadmap and will come in a later release.
The two complement each other. Contract Management shows you status, versions, and history for individual contracts. Contract Insights or other dashboards give you the structured view of your entire portfolio, with reporting on risk, compliance, and usage.
Visibility comes from the combination of user permissions and access to a folder or to a single contract. Whoever has access to a folder sees the contracts inside it. Whoever is invited to an individual contract sees that one.
