The playbooks serve as a reference framework to help you review contracts consistently, efficiently, and according to clear legal standards. 

The playbooks included in the Best Practice packages cannot be customized. They are based on universal standards that fit the needs of most organizations.
If you want to incorporate your own clause preferences, internal policies, or individual risk thresholds, this is only possible with an extended, paid license.

Yes. Both packages allow unlimited view-only users. This means colleagues from Procurement, IT Security, Compliance or Management can view the reports without requiring a seat.
Active reviewing, however, is limited to users with a seat.
