Ask for A live demonstration on your own material across two or three workflows, and a clear split of production, beta and roadmap.
Can every output and every automated action be traced back to sources, rules and versions?
Ask for One output that stays fully traceable months later, including the active rule and model version and the human approval.
How is quality measured per use case, with metrics that suit the task?
Ask for Results reported per requirement rather than as one global accuracy figure. For contract review that means precision, recall and F1 for each requirement.
